Thank you for your feedback. Florida Fine Cars would like to address some of the statements made. Florida Fine Cars sells all vehicles "As-Is" per our signed purchase agreement, which was acknowledged at the time of your purchase in November 2024. We provide both a Carfax and AutoCheck report to every customer to ensure full transparency regarding the vehicle’s history. Additionally, every customer has the option to test drive the vehicle and/or have it pre-inspected by a mechanic before finalizing the purchase. We also offer a 3-day/300-mile return policy and a 5-day/500-mile exchange policy to give customers peace of mind after their purchase. You returned to our dealership in April 2025, and at that time, your concerns were addressed under your warranty coverage, which covered the necessary repairs. No issues were reported during or after that visit until now, three months later. The vehicle remains under warranty, and we recommend that any additional concerns be addressed directly through your warranty provider, as they are equipped to handle further diagnostics and repairs. At Florida Fine Cars, we strive to provide honest, respectful service to all customers.
