Reached out to multiple dealers to do some recon and get the process started. None were as personable and happy to hear from me than the people at Bob Baker Subaru. Each individual I dealt with had the “it’ the process started. None were as personable and happy to hear from me than the people at Bob Baker Subaru. Each individual I dealt with had the “it’s nice to be nice” energy. Luis really took care of me to start the process, and seemed to keep it honest and straight forward with me. He frequently kept in touch, letting me know the ETA on the vehicle arrival from port and if the vehicle sold or not. Never seemed bothered to hear from me or to reach out, which was greatly appreciated. Terrence kindly showed me the ropes on the vehicle and kept in touch with me as well to let me know about the ETA of the vehicle and where I was at. Very personable and knew the car in and out, unfortunately the car we were looking at was in the process of being sold. Came in another day, but Terrence was off, so Miguel kindly took the reigns and showed me the car to test drive when I came in and was kind enough to answer all questions and provided extra insight on things I didn’t know, and also appreciated his personal touch on his thoughts as well. Finally, once I decided I would take the car.. Christy brought it home. It is definitely the hardest part of the process being in the finance office, with BIG numbers flying around and making final decisions. Christy had all the answers to all my questions, and explained them clearly and concisely, and even more if I asked. As complicated of a process as it can be with so many numbers and decision to make, she seemed to simplify it for you and provide soothing music in the background as well. Never rushed or pushed you. Only seemed to try to help make my decisions. She was very considerate of the decisions I had to make for myself and my situation, which every individual would appreciate. This is my second Subaru. I am a Subie fan and am glad to continue to be a part of the Subaru Family. And of course, happy and looking forward to receive service from Bob Baker Subaru. Thanks again and see you guys again soon! More
