My wife and I are very happy after transitioning to our second Forester Wilderness thanks to the AutoNation Subaru “TradeUp Advantage Program” in Carlsbad, CA. We traded in our 2023 Forester Wilderness plus some cash for a new 2026 Forester Wilderness. During the time we owned the 2023 Forester we appreciated the responsive Service Dept at AutoNation Subaru. Norma Zdon (Service Advisor) and Justin Caligigiuri (Master Tech) were consistently attentive and professional as our 2023 Forester was serviced over the years. Key to staying with AutoNation Subaru was continuity of their Sales Associate, George Mang, who we bought our first Forester from in 2023. An excellent honest communicator, George understood our needs and interest in trading up to a 2026 Forester. At AutoNation, we also benefited greatly from the timely support and involvement of Jamie Weeks (General Sales Manager) who sourced our requested model and was transparent and fair during the trade-in sales process. George was also very helpful as he led us through the detailed final delivery and introduction of our new Forester. We’re glad to still be part of the AutoNation Subaru family. More

I've had nothing but positive experiences from this dealership. I've purchased a total was 4 vehicles from them and all transactions have been smooth and never felt like I was pressured into doing anyt dealership. This dealership is pretty straightforward with their pricing and $$$ breakdown is pretty transparent. They have a huge selection on models, trims, and colors for you to choose from, so you will definitely find something you like. Car buy can be a long endeavor so its normal to be in the dealership for a couple of hours. This dealership was exceptional this last time and they waited for me to get there after work even though they would close in less then 2 hours. The whole process was really smooth and we were able to get everything down in 2 hours so my salesman Sammy was only late home a couple of minutes over. I'll for sure be back to these guys for my next Subaru. More

I admit I am a very picky buyer and my Sales person (Yuri) was very skilled in helping me to decide on the Forester I wanted. He was knowledgeable and kind. We did not preschedule an appointment for our visit but had researched quite a bit on line. I was pleased to see Yuri was able to pick up on where my knowledge had ended from my Internet search. Filled out an inquiry form online for a 2026 Subaru Crosstrek and was contacted (via text) within an hour to set-up a test drive first thing Saturday morning. Once I arrived, they had already pulled th Crosstrek and was contacted (via text) within an hour to set-up a test drive first thing Saturday morning. Once I arrived, they had already pulled the vehicle to the front of lot and started the test drive within 15 minutes of arriving. I inquired if they had the same vehicle but in a different color which they did but at the off-site lot. 20 minutes later, they both vehicles side-by-side, made my decision and first offer in hand within an hour of arriving. It took about an hour of back and forth on the terms and options until we both agreed on a contract. I was honestly in and out within 3.5 hours on an extremely busy end of the month sales push weekend. Tarik and Miguel were extremely personable and made the process painless, seeing the last time I bought a car was in 2015. One thing to note, the first offer was the blanket APR of 9.99% which was a bit insulting. I had filled out the credit application online before arriving thinking they would have completed this step before giving me an offer. I had to request my credit to be ran to get a significantly lower APR. This was honestly the only "bad" experience in which I felt like they were trying to trick me into signing a "bad" contract. Tarik and Miguel were not apart of this transaction. More
