Miguel went above and beyond to help me figure out what was going on with my Android system, though ultimately it appeared to be a software issue that remains unresolved. The video was helpful, and Miguel responded to my questions with advice that helped me to prioritize the services that were recommended. They kept my vehicle all day, but they did provide prompt pickups from Lyft, so no problem. I should add that their waiting area is very pleasant--clean, quiet, and well-stocked with beverages. If the wait is only going to take a few hours, it's ideal. More
