I walked into the dealership and was greeted by Miguel. Miguel was the gentleman I dealt with majority of the time I spent at Coral Springs Kia. He was so relatable and kind. Miguel listened to the car I wanted and what I could afford and when the finance gentleman came over, forgive me I can’t remember his name but he was also extremely helpful and kind, he worked with me to get me the price I was looking for. From that point I sat in the office with Andrew the finance officer, I am absolutely messing up the job titles, and he made me feel very comfortable with the pricing and maintenance of the vehicle. Andrew went over all the extra things that could be added to the vehicle for protection but never made me feel pressured to purchase anything. All I can say is this was a great experience from beginning to end and if you have to spend hours in a dealership this isn’t such a horrible place. More
