Service department delayed my appointment locked my keys in the car, damaged my vehicle when attempting to remove the keys, then had no replacement parts for the reason why it was being serviced, then told in the car, damaged my vehicle when attempting to remove the keys, then had no replacement parts for the reason why it was being serviced, then told me it would be 7-10 days before the parts we’re available, it’s now been more then 7 days and no response More
