My husband and I drove from Puyallup to look at a new truck for him. After 5 hours, we left with that truck AND a car for me!! Decent experience, basically what you’d expect from a dealership. Within 5 minutes of driving off the lot, tire pressure light turned on, turned out to be a hole in one of the tires, find it hard to beli dealership. Within 5 minutes of driving off the lot, tire pressure light turned on, turned out to be a hole in one of the tires, find it hard to believe they didn’t know about it while the vehicle was sitting in their lot. Also noticed a small chip in the windshield, which normally I don’t care about, but the salesman gave me a whole speech about how if they get a vehicle with a chipped windshield, they go the extra mile and just replace the whole windshield rather than just repairing the chip but that’s my own fault for not noticing it. Also, promised they’d have someone bring the plates down to where I live since it was a 45 minute drive, after several unanswered messages and being ignored for 2 weeks trying to get ahold of them to bring me the plates, I eventually just had to drive all the way back up to get them. Even though they had no problem calling me to ask me to leave a review. Not a fan of being told empty promises. More

John and one of the floor managers were able to work with me on what I was needing for me and my wife. We were able to discuss and find a package that suited our needs and cost. Ray was amazing! I called about a truck I was interested in. He got me all the information I asked for. Did a phone app. Got approved and when I arrived he had the truck all ready for me. Told me take it fo in. He got me all the information I asked for. Did a phone app. Got approved and when I arrived he had the truck all ready for me. Told me take it for a drive and really put it to work, make sure it has the power you need. He said if i see anything wrong with it to let him know and he'll get it fixed. He even pointed out something i missed! I bought the truck then the next day noticed quite a bit of rust and it had me worried. The truck was used and from Canada. I called him and he spoke with his boss. Got a call back and they said bring it back we will take it to the chevy dealer and get it a professional acid wash and undercoat seal on it and we will have everything checked out inside and out at no cost to me. He went above and beyond for me. They care about their customers and their reputation up there and they do right by you. Very impressed. More
