Miguel Mejia is very professional wanting the customer to be as happy as possible. I had concerns about the 2017 Kia Cadenza Limited I purchased. He and the Redondo Mitsubishi dealership team to my satisfact be as happy as possible. I had concerns about the 2017 Kia Cadenza Limited I purchased. Traded in my Q8 several Months ago and bought a used card from them, no haggle pricing as I accepted the terms they gave me. Several months later I received a notice from the DMV regarding my sold car not i from them, no haggle pricing as I accepted the terms they gave me. Several months later I received a notice from the DMV regarding my sold car not insured, or registered. I've called over 5 times and each time they tell mew they will sort it out and file the appropriate paper work. Just received another $800 bill from the DMV!! Not to mention they told me they were going to completely detail my new used car and only ran it thru a car wash and gave it to me still wet. NEVER AGAIN TRUSTING THESES GUYS More

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to purchase from this location. The sells men’s don’t know what they are doing and lie to you just to make a sale. The service center takes over 2 hours or more just for a location. The sells men’s don’t know what they are doing and lie to you just to make a sale. The service center takes over 2 hours or more just for an oil change and every time I tell them about a problem with my car, the reason is always because it was due for an system update. I only had my car 6 months!!!! I can go on and on about so many issues with this location, and I will never purchase a car from them again! More
