Excellent purchase experience with Miguel at BMW of Silver S Miguel was very patient with us as we took several months and multiple test drives before we finally purchased our BMW X5. He was very forthcoming, answering questions doing research and overall made the purchase experience very pleasant. We purchased on the next to last sales day of the year, so things were quite hectic at the dealership. We had to wait in line to go through the "business end" of our purchase. Miguel even went out and got us sandwiches during our wait. The entire team, including the business office staff and Chap the "genius" who tutored us on the electronics of the car were most patient and cordial. More
