After I explained what I was looking for, he immediately went to work to make it happen. Throughout the process, Mr. Anthony was transparent and straightforward. Unlike many dealerships, he did not rely on the traditional four-square worksheet or high-pressure sales tactics. I presented him with a similar vehicle from another dealership that appeared to be offered at a lower price. After reviewing the details, he explained that the other offer included hidden fees and add-ons that I had initially overlooked. He was able to match the deal with only minor adjustments while being completely upfront about the pricing. Unfortunately, some dealerships advertise attractive prices only to surprise customers with unnecessary add-ons later—a practice many would consider a bait-and-switch.
