Hello Devaraj - We are sorry you were disappointed with our service department when they were unable to find any issues with your car. After receiving no error code(s) during the computerized diagnostic evaluation and the test drive you took with our Shop Forman, nothing presented itself as a problem or concern. As was discussed when you were here, not all luxury car brands drive the same, so comparing the driving experience of two different brands, and liking one experience over the other, doesn't mean the other one requires a service adjustment. It means they simply drive differently. That is as transparent as a service department can be, by refusing to charge you for unnecessary work.
