We needed a car desperately to get to work, to school, to have some independence. And these people saw that and used it against us. The sales manager, Khalid Anas, acted friendly, smiled in our faces, reassured us everything was good. He told us we were APPROVED by a bank. He told us the bank would reach out soon to set up payments, everyone there congratulated us, shook our hands, and literally said, "Enjoy your new car!" as we drove off. We were thrilled because we felt like we had just taken a huge step forward in life. But it was all a LIE. Days later Khalid call us to come back into the dealership to finalize everything, and suddenly, it’s a different story. The "approved" loan? Never existed. A new person, Miguel Toledo, straight-up admitted Khalid made it up random numbers to move everything forward. Now, instead of the "great deal" they promised, he said we’d have to either pay 24-32% interest or put down $5,000-$7,500. We had already spent money insuring the car, thinking it was ours. We put $500 down. We had already wasted hours sitting in their dealership, 5+ hours of driving. And now? We have to waste another 2+ hours driving back and forth to bring the car back. They never cared about us. They never cared about helping us. All they cared about was getting a sale, even if it meant lying to two young kids who just needed a car to build their future. THIS DEALERSHIP IS A SCAM. They will say whatever they need to get you in a car, whether it’s true or not. DO NOT TRUST THEM. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. Had to change my positive review because they refuse to provide me with the necessary documents needed to file for the EV tax credit.
