Great dealership, stress-free, pleasant buying experience I recently purchased a 2019 Porsche Panamera from this dealership. While there I dealt with Mark, our sales associate who accompanied us on a test dr I recently purchased a 2019 Porsche Panamera from this dealership. While there I dealt with Mark, our sales associate who accompanied us on a test drive and explained the car’s features. Jason, the sales manager was also friendly and straight-forward. Tres was helpful with the finance and add-on components. I had a flat-tire within a week of purchasing the vehicle. Fortunately I bought tire replacement insurance and it was honored without an issue. All in all a great, intimate dealership that does not feel like a high-pressure experience. Finally, Mark and Jason were instrumental in arranging transport of my vehicle to Florida where I will be driving it. I highly recommend this dealership! More

Great Service & Relationship Building Isn't Dead After All I have done business with Porsche of Burlington four times and while the cars are tremendous, I keep coming back for the people. That's right, the pe I have done business with Porsche of Burlington four times and while the cars are tremendous, I keep coming back for the people. That's right, the people. You would think every premium dealership is the same, they aren't. From the time he took over at Porsche of Burlington, Mikhail (The General Manager) has impressed me with his no nonsense approach to Customer/Client Services. I met Mikhail after having a flat tire and a less than desirable exchange with a Service Representative who no longer is at the location. Mikhail took the call, understood my situation and helped accommodate me (making it EASY for me to navigate a situation that I had no control over). It wasn't before long that I saw the individual I had the experience with was gone, a new Service Manager was in place and the experience was 180 degrees better. That was the first sign that Mikhail understood what it took to be great. Great leadership attracts talented people. The Service Manager at Porsche of Burlington is first rate. During another transaction I dealt with Phillippe Chanial. Phillippe took care of me as I took ownership of a 2018 911. Once again, he made it painless. He worked with my Assistant to align all of the paperwork, delivered the car to me personally and took my old one away. I saw him recently during a visit to the dealership and he stopped what we was doing to come over, greet me and ask me how I was (calling me by name). At Porsche of Burlington, the little things matter. My most recent transaction involved my build of a 2020 911. I had been waiting for months for this vehicle to be delivered. Mikhail personally followed up with me to ensure all the details were aligned, and he repeatedly followed up with the factory to ensure I had as much information as possible. The cars were delayed two weeks at Port when they arrived in the US due to emissions certifications. The day they were released, Mikhail called the Port and made certain my car was on the first truck to Burlington. For that reason, he made good on his guarantee to me that I would be the first to receive my vehicle at his location. When the vehicle got to his dealership he called my cell phone and left a message that was clear he was excited to see the vehicle. Mind you, this is a departure from his normally stoic Russian demeanor. In my business you learn to disseminate the BS Artists with people who take the time to care. He cares. When I got the vehicle, I worked with David Corbin to learn the new functions of my 911. A former teacher and lifelong Porsche enthusiast, David's passion for the product and the common culture that binds Porsche owners is quite honestly, contagious. He got me excited to drive a car I was already excited to drive. It's the personal touch and relationship that he brings that cements what it's like to do business there. Lastly, I dealt with Business Manager Tres Nobles to finalize my paperwork. Business Managers can run the gamut, but I'll say that Tres is one of the nicest, most efficient people that I've worked with at any dealership. His level of preparation and professionalism is off the charts. In speaking with him, it became clear to me that the culture Mikhail has created in that dealership is one that will scale in the future. He respects his GM (with good reason) and more than anything else; Tres "gets it". He understands his role in the process and the importance of it to the customer experience. In an industry that has all kinds when it comes to people, business practices and customer service- Mikhail and the team at Herb Chambers Porsche of Burlington are without equal in my personal experience. The continuity of my outstanding customer experience was seamless no matter who I dealt with. Great brand, great product, great management, great culture, great people. I'm proud to do business with them and would recommend that dealership and staff to anyone. More

Get Your own pre purchase inspection, they miss things. Purchased a car, they covered up Re-paint by installing clear film so paint meter would not register properly. Stated car paint metered per factory spec but because of clear bra at front fenders, hood and bumper couldn’t paint meter that portion, come to find out that the dealership installed the paint protection film in those areas but didn’t disclose that they ordered the work, and in fact took the 5th when bluntly asked if they ordered the work. They Can’t be trusted, hire your own Pre purchase inspector. More

Most Pleasant and Stress Free Automobile Purchase So Far Having purchased many new vehicles so far in my lifetime I was not looking forward to going to a dealership to purchase another new vehicle. Fortunately this time I had a very pleasant and stress free experience at Porsche of Burlington. Upon entering the dealership I was greeted in a friendly manner by Mark Frounjian, who politely asked me how he could help me. I told him that I wished to purchase a new vehicle, trade my present vehicle, and that I had a good idea of what I wanted to purchase. Mark was very accommodating, knowledgeable and helpful. He showed me the vehicle I was interested in, explained some of the new features of the vehicle and readily answered my questions. We then went to his desk, and I thought "here we go". I asked him to tell me what their best deal would be and I was not interested in spending a lot of time haggling. I was pleasantly surprised when he excused himself, went and spoke with his manager and promptly returned accompanied by his manager, Mikail Moiseyev. Mikail told me what their best deal would be, and I did not accept it. I made a counter offer, and Mikail went to his office and in a short time came back and said he could accept the offer. In my opinion it was a pleasant experience, which was free of pressure and stress. More
