So bought a pre owned car. Spent a good amount of money for it. Clean car fax, car was great until I had to refill the washer fluid. However it’s obvious by the missing bolts, paint overspray on teh headlight, and the fact that the prop rod for the hood doesn’t stay in place because it wasn’t assembled right in the first place and if I was a little quicker I’m refilling the washer fluid, I would have had my hand crushed by the hood. So why did they inflate the price of the car when they didn’t even do anything other than clean the car?? Wonder how many florida Statutes we broken on the sale of this car??? Yes I have legal representation and they will be contacting the corporate office on Monday March 28gh More

I realized after receiving the printout (which asked to be mailed to me), was charged $299 for appearance protection, $184 third-party private tag agency, $199 Electronic Registration filing fee, and of course their $999 predelivery fee. I knew about the $999 predelivery fee, but not the other fees. To make it right, truly believe they should send me a check for $1,400! This would be the $2,399 - $999 = $1,400 (I knew about the $999) Have asked for the service report on what was done before the Audi went on their lot, to date have not received. DO NOT SIGN ON THE DESK before reading the printout. More
