I was disappointed when I scheduled an appointment for 1:00 PM and I was the last person waiting at 4:30. It was an oil and filter change, tire rotation and system update. I also found out that the part I 1:00 PM and I was the last person waiting at 4:30. It was an oil and filter change, tire rotation and system update. I also found out that the part I have been waiting on for my Chevy 3500 that was serviced on September 2nd, had been cancelled and and would not have known about if I hadn’t asked. Will going out of town for 4 months and would liked to have had my drivers seat repaired. Now it’s back to ordering again. Disappointed in that area. More
