First time here. I had made an appointment in the past…by mistake. When I called to cancel the lady who took my call was So friendly. I descided I would go there I had made an appointment in the past…by mistake. When I called to cancel the lady who took my call was So friendly. I descided I would go there for my next service appointment. So I came in. Again everyone was so friendly. I didn’t feel rushed or that I was in an assembly line situation. I waited in Customer Lounge. Now that was a bare bones operation lol . Had TV and coffee sugar and empty creamer box. But lots of plugs for electronics and such. ( this was only reason no 5 stars) Service was fast and price was great! I will be back ! More
