Hello! My name is Mike and I’m a sales consultant over here at Community Buick GMC! I was born, raised, and still reside in Oelwein, Iowa. The thing I’m most proud of is my 27-year-old son Brock who is getting married to a lovely young woman named Kristin in June of 2022. When I’m not at the dealership, you can find me in front of a television watching sports or out in the wilderness hunting and fishing. I’ve also been known to watch the occasional bird or two! After my time with the U.S. Navy, I started what has turned into a 20+ year sales career. In addition to sales, I’ve also done some construction and factory work as well as some bartending. That said, sales is my passion because it gives me the chance to build relationships with customers that last for generations. There is nothing like selling a vehicle to a customer and then having that same customer seek you out years later for a vehicle for their son or daughter.
