My wife and I just purchased a new Expedition from Gary Yeoman’s Ford in Daytona and are extremely happy with the vehicle and the service. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for good people to work without a lot of pressure. We started working with Dakota in sales, who was very nice and helpful. But due to us having to come in on a day when Dakota had the day off, we were pleasantly surprised when Dakota happily directed us to TJ another salesperson which he said would treat us right. Teamwork like that is admirable and appreciated. TJ was awesome to work with, and we soon found a vehicle we wanted that would be shipped to the dealer. Due to unforeseen circumstances the vehicle we thought we purchased was taken off the market. At this point a whole team of Sales, Sales managers and Financial employees jumped in to make sure we were taken care of and happy. They gave us a very nice loaner to drive while they found exactly what we wanted. They spent hours tracking down vehicles around the states that fit the description. They went over and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. I would personally like to thank everyone involved TJ, Dakota, Mike, Shane, Allison and Nareesh and any others who helped out. More

Avoid this dealership, especially if you're a first-time buyer. Avoid this dealership at all costs—especially if you're a first-time car buyer. I originally came in for a 2021 blue Mustang GT that was listed on their website, but they claimed they couldn’t find it. Instead, they showed me a 2022 grey Mustang GT, tagged at $39,900, but listed online for $37,399. Somehow, they gave me an out-the-door (OTD) price of $45,600 without a breakdown or explanation. They then pressured me into putting down a nonrefundable $1,000 deposit, claiming someone else with cash was ready to buy the car. Not wanting to lose the car (which had low miles and a clean Carfax), I agreed. Later, while signing the finance papers, I noticed too late that the price had been increased again—this time to $48,696. After reviewing the numbers, it appears they charged me for the same things more than once and taxed me multiple times. Yes, I should have caught it sooner—but as a first-time buyer unfamiliar with dealership tactics and financial jargon, I got taken advantage of. They saw someone inexperienced and used every trick in the book. I love the car, but it should not have cost me this much. The extra fees and deceptive pricing made the entire experience feel like a scam. Also if that wasn’t bad enough: after the deal was done, they contacted me asking for $500 back. They had included that money in my finance envelope—claiming afterward it was actually another customer’s deposit and their deal was being held up because of it. I assumed it was a rebate or incentive, since no one explained otherwise. More
