They were very helpful and patient with us. The only bad was the paperwork. There was a non-English speaking customer ahead of us. They had already transferred my trade over to the dealership. The only bad was the paperwork. There was a non-English speaking customer ahead of us. They had already transferred my trade over to the dealership. We had no choice but to wait, except my husband also had his car. We waited from 8 pm until 11 with just paperwork to buy the car. The salesman waited up until we were taken in to do the paperwork too. That was very kind. We just had not eaten dinner and were starving. It would have been nice to let us go, IN MY HUSBaND’S car, to get something to eat and bring it back and continue to wait. Other than that, it was a great experience. More
