Winner! With Zeck being one of the largest auto dealers available. I did my research on line first. Called and gave them the stock number I wanted to Buy.. 2 hours later got the car I wanted. Came in with no appointment. The place was very packed and after a short wait I was seen by Mike Amaral. Took the car, 2018 Focus ST, for a test drive and about 30 minutes after that everything was good to go. This is my first time buying a car and I couldnt ask for more. This was my first car buying experience and they made it so easy and simple. They answered all my questions in great detail. They answered every time I called even after the dealership was closed. Overall it was great service. The people I was working with made it a great experience and never seemed irritated if I asked I lot of questions. I left there with the car I wanted at a great price. My salesman broke everything down for me in a way that didnt get my hopes up but still kept me excited about the car buying experience. The finance guy was awesome and showed me all my options and even told me what he did not recommend. Driving off the lot in my new car was the most exciting thing I've done as an adult so far. Definitely will be going back when I'm ready for a new car. More
