Just got home from Lester Glenn,Tom's river and felt compelled to review the service.After researching the Buick Lacrosse and different dealership's for weeks I found what i was looking for.I dealt with compelled to review the service.After researching the Buick Lacrosse and different dealership's for weeks I found what i was looking for.I dealt with Mike,Ryan and Lee and they could not have been more professional and courteous.Their prices are BY FAR the best,it wasn't really close.They still managed to come down some,but like I said their cars are priced to sell.I think both parties were happy with the deal,I know i was.When I got home my neighbor couldn't believe the price.He recently bought a same year Malibu (inferior car) and paid 5 thousand more,lol.He said he was going to go there for a trade in next week.Outside from buying a house and paying off the ex wife,this is the biggest investment you'll make,you'd be crazy not to give Lester Glenn the first look,you'll be glad you did.Only complaint: I was told they would have bagels,while that wasn't the case,they did offer pizza.I love my car,thankyou Lester Glenn and all your staff. More

This is the second time dealing with the associates at Lester Glen GMC. They still hold the bench mark for customer service. I had the opportunity to purchase a vehicle last evening from Michael Amarando. From my original contact with Elyse Crawford in your internet sales group to working with Michael on the sale of the vehicle; everything was a wonderful experience. Purchasing a car is a big investment and particularly something I don’t like to do. I don’t like going into a car dealership and “playing the game”. The experience that I had at Lester Glenn was anything but that and everyone made myself and my young family feel so comfortable. Michael is a professional and pleasure to work with. It was late in the day yesterday when we decided to purchase the vehicle. It was a true team effort to see everyone help out from getting the car ready for us to take home, securing the financing and everyone in the office helping each other to get the deal done. WOW – you don’t see that everywhere and what a breath of fresh air to see such a remarkable company. I wish I had everyone’s names that were involved in helping last night, but everyone was wonderful. I can tell you that you have a world class team at the GMC dealership and your entire company. We gave this dealership high ratings, because of the knowledge of cars and friendly atmosphere. Michael did the best to work with our budget. He was not pushy and spoke to us with respect.
