They Charged additional cost above the coupon price. False advertising. I even confirmed the cost prior to service . The service writing wrote it in and highlighted the cost. Final bill was for more. I came to change belt and do oil change, I waited 4hours, and at the end ,they forgot to do my oil change, and I had to wait another 2 hours to do oil change, and when I asked why? They said you didn 4hours, and at the end ,they forgot to do my oil change, and I had to wait another 2 hours to do oil change, and when I asked why? They said you didn't tell us for the oil change, so I can't imagine that the costumer service agent lied , also I had a text message sent before the schudule day showing what them what they need to do when I bring my car, im really disappointed for the service, and I regret that I bought this car from this dealer, im not going , if you guys need more details about the people that I dealt with, you can reach me .
