This is the first time I bought a brand new car, the XV CrossTrek, and the experience was great. Mike was attentive and really listened to what I was looking for. He and I were able to negotiate exactly what I wanted (including the financing) with no "pushy salesman" tactics. They had to locate the exact car I wanted, which they were able to do in 2 days, and then 2 days after that I drove my CrossTrek home. I can't recommend Tri City Subaru enough for both buying a car and then maintaining it. My other car has 225,000 miles and still runs great thanks to their service department. I will never go anywhere else for my car purchasing or servicing needs! More

Bought my BRZ from them. Marcus had very good patience to answer all my questions and worked with me the whole process, and got every tiny requests done right.
