This is to commend Mr Mike Bair for his exceptional service. Moved to Kansas City in 1985 and bought our first Honda from John Chezik and since that time Mike has taken care of our family from us throu service. Great Service I took my car in for routine maintenance and they were quite backed up due to being short staffed because of Covid-19. I had to wait a while for my t I took my car in for routine maintenance and they were quite backed up due to being short staffed because of Covid-19. I had to wait a while for my turn to talk to an adviser, but Mike Bair was very apologetic and made sure of everything I needed to have done. He was very calm even though they were crazy busy. Although there were lots of cars in the bay area, it didn't take nearly as long as I thought it might for me to be on my way. Mike is a great service advisor and went over all of the details of what was done and what all was checked. More
