Chatted with Jay Johnson about the new Silverado's and to my surprise, they had the EXACT truck we were interested in (had the Double cab which is too small for 2 children's car seats in the back), looking to upgrade to Quad Cab and for the price we could afford. An easy process and quick too, very happy with the upgrade... Now talk about a salesman that is the most helpful, courteous, and professional, with all the knowledge to boot? They went above and beyond anything I could have asked for. I had recently gotten into an accident and was forced to find a new car, I was given a rental and 3 days to find a vehicle so I was on a time crunch. I loved my previous car and wanted nothing but to replace it with another to the T. Same color, same features, EVERYTHING! It took some searching but I found it, so when I came in and test drove it I immediately fell in love with it again. There were so many obstacles and issues that arose during the whole process but they did everything and anything to ensure that I left in the vehicle that I had traveled all the way for. I am beyond speechless with the customer service and dedication that I had received and I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. Ewald will truly have me for life! More
