The only process we found to be cumbersome and somewhat annoying is the closing process and the vehicle pick up. We were asked to make appointments and had been given set times but then ended waiting 30 to 45 minutes passed the set time for the process to start. I would suggest that if you ask your customers to select a time and that you make sure you can deliver on that time. Other than that we were pleased with the experience. More

He also let me test drive the Camaro SS when most salesman wouldn't even consider letting a 24 year old drive one. Anytime I get an oil change he still says hi to me and we still chat.
