Michael asked me what I loved and hated about my current vehicle. Great question he had "what do you want in your Lexus that your MINI Cooper does not have?" Mr. Banko had a specific Lexus model in stock that he wanted me to test drive. During the drive we connect the bluetooth and he explained the hundreds of features (the remote start app. is amazing.) When we sat down to discuss numbers I had no intention of driving off the lot in that specific Lexus. Long story short, I drove off with that exact Lexus. Great experience and they got me in the car i wanted!! I was underwater on my pevious audi and i really wanted the GS. I tried another Lexus dealer for the GS fsport but was told it couldbt be done.
