We were out a car due to an accident and needed a new vehicle quickly, however my husband had just gone through knee surgery so we couldn't be out walking lots and spending too much time at dealerships. I did quite a bit of my research online and decided to call Rosen where I was connected with Mike. I explained our situation to him and that I understood most of this should be done in person, but I needed what could be done over the phone so my husband wasn't on his feet for long, Mike didn't hesitate to do so. He listened to our needs and answered any questions we had and then set up a day for us to come and had a car ready to test drive. Once we got there, we had no surprises, we went over what was discussed over the phone, we test drove the car he had up front and ready and made our decision. He had the car transferred with the options we wanted, and one more trip in once the car arrived and we had our new car. he made what could have been a very painful experience for my husband pain free for both of us. I would definitely go back to Mike for our next car and would recommend anyone else to see him. More

We were impressed by his manner and non-aggressive style of selling. The Finance Manager Debrah Campbell worked extra hard to find us a great rate and term. Without Debrah, our new car financing would not have been nearly as good as what she was able to do for us. Once our car purchase was finalized, Mike took us around to meet the service department representatives. It was nice to meet the Hyundai service team where our car will go for service.
