Quinton explained that they don't have the equipment at the dealership to clean the interior of used cars but he offered to have my car detailed, which I greatly appreciated since this is not something they normally do. Quinton also assisted me with getting my insurance updated to full coverage. I had only basic coverage insurance; so I had to upgrade to full coverage. We both tried for about half an hour to get my insurance agent so I could get the upgrade. Quinton finally got an agent and got that finalized.
