Service was excellent, Michael always does exactly what is needed.. Great service - had my trailer brake switch replaced to address a nagging System Trailer Brake warning and the regular oil change and tire rotation service. Came in with my 2024 Sierra HD for 3 recall notices. ..informed my service rep of all 3. He said he would take care of it. After 2 hrs.20 mins. they informed me my truck was ready..Got home and looked ..informed my service rep of all 3. He said he would take care of it. After 2 hrs.20 mins. they informed me my truck was ready..Got home and looked at the paperwork and only 2 of the tasks were completed. Sent 2 text messages to service provider and he never answered either of them. Finally called and he admitted he (forgot) to do one of them. Now, I have to make another trip to the dealer and sit again while this other repair is done since they don't provide loaner cars like other dealers. I've also sent a text to the service provider about the remaining fix to be set up but he has yet to respond to me...again. More
