My Service Advisor Mike Belew took care of all the details for my repair. He communicated accurate expectations and clear completion dates. Mike and the crew in the service department were friendly and helpful. My issue was dealt with swiftly and professionally.. I highly recommend Tom Clark for their service and courtesy. Great service. I had concerns that the new ownership would change things up to much. But I rolled in and the same folks I’ve dealt with in the previous company ar I had concerns that the new ownership would change things up to much. The did exactly what we asked, no more and no less. My wife took my truck to have the spare tire air checked that we had AAA put on that morning. I had a flat, when I called the dealership, I was told My wife took my truck to have the spare tire air checked that we had AAA put on that morning. I had a flat, when I called the dealership, I was told by the female receptionist they could try to get me in the next day. I had to ask to speak to the service manager or my dedicated service rep before I was told; “just change the tire and bring it up here and we will fix the tire.” My wife took it to them to check the tire pressure in the spare, they did that and sent her on her way. We then had to take it back to the service department-same day- to get them to actually fix the spare and put it back on, they didn’t have the foresight or customer service mindset to actually fix the spare the first time she brought it in. Again, they did nothing extra, just what we asked. I do not recommend this service department. More
