And not just through emails, but taking the time to call and say "hello". I recently got a Jeep through a local dealership, and haven't heard from that salesman since I took delivery of the vehicle. All of the people that I have dealt with were very helpful They answered all of my questions, without referring me to someone else, or getting back to me later. I had made up my mind that I was going to buy a new Honda CRV. Mike Bennice was very helpful (as usual) helping me with colors & options. He makes the purchasing of a new car, an experience. There is no pressure. I noticed some changes in your process. The addition of a Delivery Coordinator is fantastic. Aelyn Romleski was very patient with me. Computers and I don't get along, so it takes a little longer, to remember to keep the key in my pocket & push the yellow button. I feel that Honda makes the best cars & you are the best Dealer. More

My saleman then was extremely well versed in his knowledge of the vehicle and courteous. The Pilot didn't work for me but I told him to work up a price on a new Honda CRV and get back to me . I also told him I was serious, but in no hurry and I did not appreciate sales pressure etc. He was true to his word. I got the price I was looking for, however I still wanted. to wait and see the 2017s. My sales person has since left Mohawk Honda. After several months and I returned to test drive the 2017 CRV. It too didn't fit my needs with the smaller engine so I decided on the 2016 CRV . I got the same agreed price as before with no hassels. From there to delivery everything was smooth going, no surprizes. Nice! More
