Beautiful new dealership Took my new Jeep Sahara in for it’s first oil change and tire rotation. Arrived 15 minutes before my appointment time, waited 20 minutes before I was Took my new Jeep Sahara in for it’s first oil change and tire rotation. Arrived 15 minutes before my appointment time, waited 20 minutes before I was checked in. Waited for my vehicle, little over 2 hours before I left. Seems a little slow. More

Wrong information in your intranet ad When I picked up the Jeep the tire gaugel light was on I was told it would go out a couple miles down the road. It did not! I checked the tire pressur When I picked up the Jeep the tire gaugel light was on I was told it would go out a couple miles down the road. It did not! I checked the tire pressure the 2 fromt tires had 60 lbs each the back tires had 30lbs in one and 40 lbs in the other which tells me the car wasn't ready for pick up. So I had to make another trip back to get the service department to fix it. Next Karen told me if I came in Sunday pm I would get the employees discount I didn't!! More
