Much of my transaction was done by telephone conversations with sales associate Mike Booth. Mike listened to what my needs for a vehicle were and was able accommodate. When I arrived at the dealership my Tuscon was ready for me to take possession. All I needed was to sign the paper work. Edward McMurphy Tin the finance department explained the information to me and very efficient in processing. A few days after the sale I had some follow up questions concerning some of the Tucson electronic functions and licensing. Mike is very knowledgeable about the Hyundai product and answered all my questions completely. I drove from another state to do business with Palmers Airport Hyundai and was glad I did. I was totally satisfied with the services rendered. The salesstaff were excellent in explaining the details of the transaction. They followed up on every concern I had and allowed me to make up MY mind The salesstaff were excellent in explaining the details of the transaction. They followed up on every concern I had and allowed me to make up MY mind on a vehicle while explaining the features of each vehicle in detail. I live in central Alabama, 3 hours away from the dealership and they offered to deliver the vehicle to me, outstanding. Friendly service, patient and very professional. Mike Booth and Dara Saranthus were the best. More

Sales very knowledgeable and very easy to work with This was my first visit to any Hyundai dealership. I chose Mike Booth based on reviews and I wasn’t disappointed.....Mike was extremely knowledgeable, This was my first visit to any Hyundai dealership. I chose Mike Booth based on reviews and I wasn’t disappointed.....Mike was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and pretty much on top of everything...he created a very good experience in the test drive and even went with me to my wife’s office to let her drive....we chose a new 2019 Santa Fe Ultimate which was a nicer SUV than what I expected....and we got a decent deal on it!...We drove over to Fairhope for dinner the night we got it and had an awesome first excursion! Mike called the next day to make sure all was good....I told him after the first 100 miles I actually like the Santa Fe even better! I really can’t imagine any vehicle could have more technology than this automobile....now I just have to learn how to use it all...Thanks Mike More

Detailing Tucson looked beautiful, they vacuumed all except the hatchback area, but we are pleased!!!
