Super friendly, kept me in the loop, and got my car back to me same day! Mike was amazing about communicating with me and just made the whole process way less stressful for me. This was the first time I’ve to me same day! Mike was amazing about communicating with me and just made the whole process way less stressful for me. This was the first time I’ve used this location and truthfully I think I’ll be switching all my services to this location, as the granger location has been quite rude and dismissive of me the last few times I’ve had any service done on my vehicle. The granger location has been the one doing all my services since 2022, but the recent shift in attitudes from their staff really frustrated me. Mike was so nice, it was a total tone shift that really helped me out. He has the best attitude towards customers, and just overall I’m super happy with how repairs and everything went.
