In the week before purchasing my new car, I was driving a Hyundai Sonata rental vehicle and was pleasantly surprised with the vehicle and decided that it would be a good vehicle to purchase not necessarily because it fit my needs but because of the brand's quality and reputation. D'Arcy Hyundai was not the first Hyundai dealer I visited. I did not have a pleasant experience another Hyundai dealer in Des Plaines. After deciding that I indeed wanted to purchase a Hyundai, I decided to go to D'Arcy, as my family and I have purchased multiple vehicles from D'Arcy Buick GMC. Out of ever car dealer I have ever done business, none of them compare to D'Arcy. Everyone I deal with at D’Arcy, especially Mike and Bill, were knowledgable in terms of the product and the sales process. They took time to make sure that I was 100% confident in every step of my decision. Their level of professionalism and straightforwardness is something I wouldn't even mind paying a bit more money for as the dealer highly values their customers and stands behind them. In fact, I likely could have gotten a better price on my vehicle elsewhere. As a longtime driver of domestic trucks and SUVs, I am truly happy with my Hyundai purchase.
