Troy Jones, 2007 ford f150 I paid around $11,000 cash for a vehicle that wasn't looked at before they sold it that is the only way this could have happened to me.Troy and Mike ( I paid around $11,000 cash for a vehicle that wasn't looked at before they sold it that is the only way this could have happened to me.Troy and Mike (sales mgr.) did nothing but B.S. this truck saying how great it was. It wasn't detailed, it probably got brought in that day. I had it inspected and it failed on 6 items.. all which had to be fixed and set me back another 900 or more. Then the trailer lights didn't work. Had to have my wire harness repaired. then The first big rain comes, and I find out the 29 dollar 4x4 solenoid is actually the 4x4 unit and that was 1300 bucks. Now I've owned this truck around 38 days... and the motor has blown up! And o babied this thing like crazy. Troy calls me a few days ago after I complained to say he shouldn't have rushed me into that truck. Well a lot of good that does me. My repairman says its going to cost 5000 plus for a new motor.not happy and have talked to several people about it, and will continue to do so. Only come here if you like spending lots of money on empty promises. It's been less than 5 months I have owned this truck and it has been in the shop 8 times. Now tonight as I drive home the transmission fails. Do not buy from Machens' ford stealership! Oh by the way Mr. Butler you said your boss wanted to talk to me last time we spoke... well he never called me back. Speaks a lot for your business there. More

The entire team at the Preowned center was great to work with and the friendly professional atmosphere was nice to be around. Preston and Joe selected the best vehicle to fit my needs and John took great care of me and my wife in the finance office. Stopped by the parts department in the main store for a few accessories and received great service from Jeff too!
