I found the dealership very accomadating and knowledgable of the product they sold. Our sales associate was very knowledgeable of his product pointing out many fine points of interst that made our final disc of the product they sold. Since our purchase we have returned for all service and the service department is gives us excellent service. I would recommande this dealership to all family and friends along with the saleperson who sold our Rava to to us. More

This is the second car that I have purchased from Boardman of Toyota in the last two years. Both cars I have dealt with Mike Butream, he has been great along with the rest of the staff. All the people there treat you with respect, and are very friendly and fair. The whole staff go out of there way to make you feel special. I have dealt with Mike in the past so we have an ongoing customer/salesman relationship. I came in to get my oil changed and saw the Honda Accord on the lot. I asked Mike if I could test drive it and we wen customer/salesman relationship. I came in to get my oil changed and saw the Honda Accord on the lot. I asked Mike if I could test drive it and we went from there. Mike gave me an honest assessment of the Honda. He knows that I do not want to got back and forth with the GM 20 times to arrive at a price. When we talked money Mike brought Shane(The GM) into the room. He gave me his price and we were 1000 apart. We ended up meeting half way and made the deal. Mike is straight forward and honest. If he was not I would have went somewhere else. Anything that he told me would be included (oil change-full tank of gas) it was included. I bought two new Camery's and a Solara since 2005. Mike has been the consumate professional on all occasions. I recommend Mike and Toyota of Boardman to anyone looking for a car. I will return there again for service and sales if and when I need a car. More

Mike is the most honest and trustworty car salesman that we have ever dealt with. We have purchased 3 new vehicles from him, and he is the ONLY salesman that we will buy from. He is very friendly, has excellent customer service skills, is extremely professional, and has a great attitude. He has a thorough knowledge of the Toyota brand and its features. We like to deal with Mike because he will communicate with us even after he has sold us a vehicle. When we are looking to buy our next vehicle, we will definitely ask for Mike at Toyota of Boardman. This is our 6th toyota over the years, all but one was purchased at the Boardman, Ohio branch . Mike Butream has always been a wonderful gentleman. I was very apprehensive at first, but when I was greeted I was very apprehensive at first, but when I was greeted by Bobby I felt at ease. All three gentlemen treated my wife, son & myself, well, like goo I was very apprehensive at first, but when I was greeted by Bobby I felt at ease. All three gentlemen treated my wife, son & myself, well, like good friends. I could tell that thier attitudes were really genuine. Everything was explained to us every step of the way, by all three, Bobby, Mike, & Eric. I am also impressed with thier pricing. It definately caught me off guard, yet refreshing. Our entire experience with this dealership was 'Top Drawer' all the way. It went so smooth and easy, it only felt like we were there for minutes and not two hours. If you want to be treated like a good friend and shown respect with very attentive service. Preston Toyota is the place to be! All that and a solid vehicle, whether it be brand new or like my 2008 Tundra CrewMax SR5. Great work Gentlemen, Thanks & Best Regards. More
