I found it was an error in judgment on my part I was misled by a company that sold me my Chevy Cruze which was not Sawyer Chevrolet they told me that the catalytic converter and everything on the car was original I found out that the catalytic converter was possibly tampered with because according to manufactured specs they come bolted on that welded I like to give Mike cappasse a high compliment for his honesty and reliable service and I thank them for not charging me a penny to take my car in and give me the details of what needs to be done

Thank you Michael for your honesty I found out that there was an error in my judgment on my car that I brought to you turns out that you were correct that the catalytic converter is bolted on and it is possibility that that catalytic converter might have been tampered with by somebody else I like to give you five stars across the board on your friendly client service and honesty I now have much more confidence in your service department I learned one thing never speak or judge something that you don't have all the facts on my apology for any inconvenience

To Mike from service department the reason I overreacted to everything Michael is I spent $8,700 on his car only to find out it's worth about 6:00 that's not your fault it's mine for buying it I took the man on his word that everything was original and then I found out differently when I was told that if the catalytic was converted was tampered with it could cost me up to $2,000 out of my pocket here I thought something good was going to happen to get a new catalytic converter for free with the bracket that's not your fault once again I wouldn't have had the money to pay I live on $1,000 a month disability and this car set me back so much money I hope you understand the reason for me getting bent out of shape that's all I have so I was kind of hoping that the catalytic converter would have been covered but like you said if it was tampered with I'd have to pay out of pocket expenses so my apology for any negative review I might have sent I hope you understand I'm dealing with a very mentally sister here and I was taken to the cleaners by my ignorance from another dealer who I trusted very much I should have done more research before I bought that call but I give you guys a five-star you will completely honest with me so my humblest apology if any negative words were said hope you understand

Once again I like to thank Michael from service I have much confidence in you Michael and thank you always for fitting me in as soon as possible I look forward to seeing you guys in January sometime where I'll let you take apart the catalytic converter and see if anything is going on in the app and take it from there cuz I will need an inspection so then Michael God bless you and your staff your friend always Billy marelli and customer
