The service staff have been professional and effective,

That behavior represents a fundamental breach of faith with the American car buyer. I will not forget their abuse and greed. Adding insult to injury, nearly 11 months after the purchase of my truck, some missing computer chips remain uninstalled, though coming soon. Fact is, dealerships really are no longer necessary. Tesla proved the model. The industry can eliminate most of that infrastructure and the accompanying mark up, and just keep the service centers. I won't feel bad seeing the dealers go, given their behavior these last two years. Craven, indeed, to use a national health crisis to fleece your customers.
