I initially had posted that I felt that I was scammed by this dealership after having a oil change and tire rotation. After being contacted by the GM, I feel like that wasn’t the case. Mr. Castro genuinely cares for his customers. They are still in the process of helping me with my problems and I would have no problem continuing my business there and I will be purchasing my next vehicle for them. I’m still not fond of Russell, the service manager. He was very rude to me over the phone. But despite all that, I will be a return customer. Thank you for all your hard work and for your passion to care for your customers, Mr Castro. More
