I personally dealt with Shawn and Mike (sales manager) and couldn't be more pleased. They were upfront about everything, extremely pleasant to do business with and there was no painful, hours and hours of back and forth negotiating to sit through. All of their fees and warranties are straight forward and fair. They provide you with the vehicle's AutoCheck (like CarFax). They even let you take the car to a personal mechanic and sit with you to go over any unresolved issues or worries you have about the vehicle. Thanks again! More

Great car buying experience! Shawn Swingle is the man I Had to buy a car quick and called many dealers about different vehicles. When I called arrow motors in regards to a vehicle I saw on cargurus, Shaw I Had to buy a car quick and called many dealers about different vehicles. When I called arrow motors in regards to a vehicle I saw on cargurus, Shawn gave me the info on the car I needed and no other B.S. He even offered to pick me up from the train station since I told him i was coming in from New York City. The best part is he let me take the car to my own mechanic who was about 40 min away so i could get his opinion of the car. Moral of the story is I needed a car quickly, and I came in to see a car I wanted, and drove home in it that day. Dealing with Shawn did not feel like dealing with a used car dealer, more like having a friend help you. Great Experience overall, and I love my new Rav4. Thanks Shawn for making it happen. More
