Ed Kovatch got me some very quick, aggressive pricing and I made the commitment over the phone. We scheduled pick up for noon today, I ran late, but the paperwork was ready. We did the transaction in 15 minutes! It took longer for Mike Carlene to go over all of details of the truck! And we love the F150. Brian even gave me a handshake and a thank you. Great service.
