They were happy to get the sale but ................ I purchased a new F-350 Lariat from Brian Hoskins Ford. I had emailed them (and Ford) regarding an issue I had with my rear bumper. Hey I realize when you drive off the lot you are kind of on your own. But really no phone call - no nothing. And no follow up from Ford either? I had an F-150 which I absolutely loved and hence my decision to go with the 350. I guess I will need to re-think my future car/truck purchases. When you spend that kind of money on a vehicle you would think the dealership would like to make sure you are satisfied or at least make the attempt. More

Extremely Happy and Proud I am writing this review to not only let everybody know what a fantastic job Ed K and Mike C did in making not so good news turn into the best news ev I am writing this review to not only let everybody know what a fantastic job Ed K and Mike C did in making not so good news turn into the best news ever but to express how appreciative I am to have Brian Hoskins Ford on my side when it comes to getting a new car. I absolutely was so impressed that Ed K went and talked to Ford Motor Credit for many hours to get me approved in a new car but the best is when I can call my sales rep while he is on a hunting vacation on his cell phone in the middle of nowhere and he answers me with a quick response that everything will be fine and it really was. Not only has this really made me happy but I truly feel blessed to have such a good group of gentlemen to assist in making it that much better. Way to go Brian Hoskins Team - (Ed, Mike, Joe & Scott). smooth , no hassle sale ! I knew what I wanted , Mike Ciarlone was my sales rep . I called that morning, Mike told me to call before I got there so he could have the car read I knew what I wanted , Mike Ciarlone was my sales rep . I called that morning, Mike told me to call before I got there so he could have the car ready for me to test drive . when I got there it was ready , I took an immediate test drive , by the time I got back from my test drive , he had numbers & payment duration already put together . I picked out the duration I wanted ,we shook hands and he finished the sale . smoothest transaction I have ever made dealing with a car salesman . Ed Kovatch did the final paperwork for me to sign , and sold me on a protection plan for the next 7 years which I really appreciated, I have no car worries for the next 7 years .Thank you Mike and Ed ! Just good people I live 75 miles from this dealership but continue to drive to Hoskins to get my vehicles because they are so good to deal with. I even send my mother in law down to deal with them also. Ed Kovatch is a no nonsense guy that values peoples time and situations. I always come out of the dealership with a great deal, exact truck/car that I was looking for and great knowledge of how the vehicle operates because Mike goes over it so well. They operate their business like I handle my own...treat people with dignity and respect and they will forever be loyal.
