To summarize my experience, I was referred to Brian Hoskins from a relative who had a great experience with their first car purchase. From the moment we spoke via phone, Mike was very attentive and professional. The first car I picked out was a 2011 Toyota Corolla, and after submitting my application through different banks over the course of 2 hours I finally got an approval! I was so excited that I didn't even want to test drive the vehicle, against Mike's suggestion. To make a long story short the vehicle was a stick shift, which is like a foreign language to me. Not only did Mike take the time out to ATTEMPT to teach me how to drive stick, once we both realized that would be an epic fail he did something that any other dealership would not have done; he found me another car (automatic of course). Thank you Mike and Scot for your patience and understanding, as well as your professionalism. The car I ended up with is a Chevy Sonic and I am very pleased with my purchase. I will definitely refer others to Brian Hoskins, and Mike I am forever indebted to you :) More

I have probably purchased about 6 cars over my life Purchased a 2014 Ford Mustang and was extremely impressed with the process from beginning to end. I have probably purchased about 6 cars over my lifetime and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. I priced out about the same Mustang at 4 different dealers and Mike C at Brian Hoskins not only offered the best deal, but got back to me quickly with numbers and follow-up. My wife and I drove all the way up from NJ and were not disappointed as the deal was exactly what we discussed on e-mail. I was pretty shocked that it was such a smooth process compared to other times buying cars. We ended up getting much better treatment compared to closer dealers in Wilmington, DE and Media. It seems these guys really realize that people value a smoother and quicker experience given the shortage of time we all have these days! Scot the finance manager was also great. He was extremely friendly and accommodating. He presented us with different options without us feeling pressured. He was also quite personable. Really great experience from beginning to end.
