Both were extremely friendly and demonstrated that they truly enjoy their work. I don't know who calls the shots (short of Brian himself) but they were very accommodating in marking the car as sold while I scrambled to get the money together. Being that 2014 is the final model year for Mustang before the new 2015 design, 2014's are in short supply, so I appreciated them taking it off the market for me. The only thing I would have liked to do differently is schedule a later day and time for Mike or Matt to show me the nav/entertainment system. It's a relatively long process when all I wanted to do at the time was drive my new car out of there. I wasn't really absorbing everything Mike was telling me at the time. But he really knows his stuff. And Matt spent time on his day off ensuring that the car was prepped before delivery. Everything about my experience was extremely positive. More

Mike Ciarlone was top notch! He was very professional and knew exactly what I was looking for. Talking with him before I made the drive, which was about 30 miles from my house, he made it very promising that knew exactly what I was looking for.
