We recently were looking to buy a smaller car. Ford had a special $500.00 off. We bought a 2012 Ford Focus thinking we got the $500.00 off. When we looked at the Bill of Sale later, we discovered that si a special $500.00 off. We bought a 2012 Ford Focus thinking we got the $500.00 off. When we looked at the Bill of Sale later, we discovered that since we didn't get financing through Ford, we didn't get the discount. We were never told that we weren't getting the $500.00 off. If we would have known before the purchase went through that we weren't getting the discount we would not have bought the car at this time. I bought my first Expedition in 1997. Since I have owned, leased, and bought used. While this dealership didn't have the "lowest" absolute price, it was the best experience I and my family have EVER owned, leased, and bought used. While this dealership didn't have the "lowest" absolute price, it was the best experience I and my family have EVER had buying an auto. I hate the process, and Mike promised to make it painless, and he did. There was a place for my wife and daughter to sit while the vehicle was detailed, and everyone was as accommodating as could be.
