We have bought several new cars over the years and always found the process stressful and at the very least aggravating. Not so today! I had done quite a bit of research on the 2022 Tucson. I was impressed as to how much Tyler knew about the vehicle. With his knowledge he was able to demonstrate the features of the car. He was transparent about the pricing and we did not feel the need to haggle. We really appreciated that Tyler offered a couple of options like tinting the driver and front passenger windows to match the other windows and that he not only offered Ziebart but explained what it covered. Very impressive! Tyler and Mike in finance were professional and personable. We can truly say it was an enjoyable and easy process working with the Ray Skillman Avon Hyundai team. This is our third new Hyundai vehicle purchase, our first at Ray Skillman. We will be referring our family and friends to this dealership and specifically to Tyler. More
