After the tag team approach on Wednesday I made it clear before I arrived at Weiss, that if that began again, I would be walking out the door. I had no intention of wasting 2 hours of my time again over price dickering when an offer is made over the internet. Well at Weiss they were willing to beat any offer that had been made to me in the emails I had received from other dealerships to win my business. I had dealt with their service center in the past and had always been treated fairly, in some cases doing small things for me at no charge which is rare these days. The salesman I had was completely honest, respectful, and extremely nice to my wife and I throughout the transaction. His name was Mike Collins who I would highly recommend. There was never any high pressure put on us to buy any of their products including warrantee's. If your looking for a Toyota, I suggest you give them a try. More

I was greeted by two different people who immediately found Dzevad Tasic with whom I had an appointment. Dzevad showed me multiple cars and went for a test drive with me. He was able to answer all of my questions. When I purchased the car, he went out, explained all of the functions and set up my Bluetooth. The finance department was just as easy to deal with and had me approved in about 20 minutes. Mike Cross was very friendly and knowledgeable. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership! The deal for us was fair and a good one (only negative was no owners manual and one smart key) I should have noticed that early in the deal, but I didn't. It's happened before when buying pre-owned. Dzevad will try to get me a manual.. We love the car. Our time at the dealership did not take that long and the service was excellent.
