I own an HVAC business and during Arizona summers my time is valuable so him staying late for me to come check it out and working up the deal quickly to have numbers ready to go made it super simple and efficient for me. I was definitely the hassle customer due to emergencies at work coming up and having to reschedule a few times, but even with making Mike stay late a few times and me being too wrapped up on a job site he was understanding and very helpful to work around my schedule and I can’t thank him enough. Finally got around to my trade in evaluations and having 3 they made it a simple and quick process while being fair with the values. Deal got wrapped up Sunday and so far have been happy with the car and their service. More
